We have excellent clubhouse facilities that can be utilised for a variety of purposes from corporate days, presentations, planning meetings to product launches.

Situation

• Located in South Belfast, off the Malone Road 
• The clubhouse is set on the edge of the Lagan Valley Park.
• There is ample car parking for up to 200 cars.
• The entire building is open to disabled access with ramps and a lift.
• Privacy is ensured in the secluded area.
• Whole upper floor rental is available.

Facilities
Within the clubhouse we have three function rooms of differing sizes.

• The main function room can seat up to 150 theatre-style and up to 120 if tables are required. It has access to kitchen and bar off the main room. The room looks out across the club grounds. Projection facilities are available.
• The upstairs lounge overlooks the bowling green and can seat 30 people or be used as a private bar or buffet facility. It has a separate entrance from the other function rooms and can be operated in complete privacy. It has easy access to bar, kitchen and toilets. This facility is available by permission of Belfast Bowling Club.
• The Bowler's lounge, also overlooking the bowling green, can seat 100 in theatre style or 70 with tables. This area can again be fully self contained. This facility is available by permission of Belfast Bowling Club.
• All rooms are available in different configurations and combinations to suit particular purposes.

All the rooms have access to fully stocked bar facilities and food service.

Services

• The Club employs a professional Club Steward who would ensure that the quality of service matches the requirements of our customers.
• The Club also has in house professional catering through our partners Amarc. They can produce food form simple sandwichs up to gormet meals.
