Belfast Harlequins Lotto Draw
Gotta be in it to win it!!
Dear Members & Friends,
LOTTO Rules & Information
Belfast Harlequins Club is pleased to announce the launch of its new and exciting Lotto with the first draw being made on Friday 27th October 2006 and announced at the pre match lunch on Saturday 28th October 2006.
In order to help the club develop it would be beneficial if the lotto was a success and thus we are asking for your participation.
It’s a great opportunity for members and their friends, family and work associates etc to win fantastic cash prizes, support the club and have some fun at the same time.
As the draw will be made every 4 weeks and costs £1 per week payable by standing order, this enables you to select 4 sets of numbers for each draw thus increasing your chances of winning.
To make things simple the standing order is collected quarterly (£13 every 3 months) or yearly (£52 each year).Standing order forms are available at Belfast Harlequins office and can be down loaded here

- Lotto tickets can also be purchased at a cost of £1 each prior to the draw from any of our lotto team, behind the bar and at the club office. There is no restriction on the number of tickets that can be purchased so the more you buy the more chances you have of winning.A sample of a lotto ticket is enclosed.
50p of every pound you give will go towards the club funds. The other 50% will be given out in prizes as follows:
When 4 numbers are matched then 50% of the takings collected during the 4-week period prior to the draw (plus roll over where appropriate) are divided among those who match 4 numbers.
Only if 4 numbers are not matched during any draw and the jackpot is not won then 30% of the takings collected during the 4 weeks prior to each draw are divided among those with 3 matchingnumbers – the other 20% rolls over into the following draw to raise the jackpot. There’s always a chance of winning while helping a worthy cause.
If, however, the lotto is not won then 50% of the takings are rolled over to the following draw.
How can you help
All you have to do is complete the appropriate standing order form and return it to Bill McCappin (Lottery Administrator) at Belfast Harlequins.Alternatively, you can enter the draw by purchasing tickets as outlined above.
